My desire is to live a loving & joyous life, in a world where we do not hear bad news of wars, of people hurting, abusing or taking advantage of each other. I am committed to applying the 10 Nos in order to achieve that desire in my own world and I believe that the ripple effect will touch wider and wider circles.

I love that you speak about the ripple effect. It is true...the ripple effect can be great. The world will change one person at the time, but one person with it's be the change ripple can help so many others to ripple.
